What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and application data you provide when enrolling in a Reframe & Ready cohort. During the program, we may collect session attendance, workbook responses, and feedback you submit through the portal.
How we use it
Your information is used for enrollment processing, program communication, session delivery, and improving the cohort experience. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate the platform:
- Supabase for authentication and database
- Square for payment processing
- Resend for transactional email
- Mux for video hosting and playback
- PostHog for anonymized product analytics
Each service processes only the data necessary for its function. We do not share your data beyond these operational needs.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@reframeandready.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies only, managed by Supabase Auth, to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
